Short version — we collect what an order needs and nothing for advertising.

What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping address and order contents. Card details go straight to Stripe — they never touch our servers.
When you contact us: whatever you put in the form — name, email, an optional order number, and your message.
When you browse: aggregate page-view counts, if analytics is enabled. It’s cookieless and doesn’t build a profile of you. We don’t run advertising trackers.
What we don’t do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No selling or renting your details to anyone.
- No newsletter sign-up you didn’t ask for.
- No customer accounts, so there’s no password of yours to lose.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage — on your device, not on our servers, and we can’t read it.

Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider sees your visit.
How long we keep things
Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require — typically seven years — and then deleted. Contact messages for three months.
Your rights
Email info@minisnmaps.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We’ll reply within three business days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can raise it with your state’s attorney general or consumer protection office.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will tell you when.
