Shipping
Everything is printed to order, so there are two clocks — the print, then the post.

Where we ship
Anywhere in the United States — all 50 states.
Order from any state and it ships. We kept the range short at first, to get packing and postage right over a small distance before trying it over a long one — that’s done now.
Outside the US and you want something? Tell us. We’re not set up for international post yet — customs paperwork and the tax side need doing properly rather than improvised — but knowing there’s demand is what gets it moving.
How long it takes
Models are printed to order, not pulled off a shelf. Allow two weeks for printing, washing and a full cure before anything is packed, then USPS time on top.
We won’t ship a model that isn’t fully cured. A tacky print is a print that hasn’t finished, and it’s a genuine skin irritant — it waits.
Whole-pack bundles take about four weeks, not two. Twenty-odd models is twenty-odd prints, each washed, cured and checked by hand, and we’d rather quote it honestly than have you watching the door. The pack page says so before you order.
What it costs
Free on orders of $60 or more. Below that, $9 flat however much you order. USPS Ground Advantage either way, typically 2–5 business days once it’s posted.
Six standard figures will clear $60, and so will a centrepiece with a couple of figures alongside it. The cart tells you how much more you need if you’re close.
One rate for any order size is a deliberate simplification, and it cuts both ways: a single figure across the country costs us more than $9 to post, and a box of six to a neighbouring state costs us less. It averages out, and it means you always know the number before you get to checkout.
How it’s packed
Multi-part models are bagged separately so thin parts don’t rub. Anything with a delicate spike, wing or weapon gets extra padding. If something arrives broken anyway, see returns.
Returns
Four weeks from delivery. Message us with a photo within four weeks and we’ll reprint a damaged model.
Because every model is printed to order, we can’t take back a print that’s simply not what you expected — but tell us anyway, because if a photo or a description on this site misled you, that’s ours to fix.
